The Real Estate Broker – Tracy Palmer


The best part of my job is meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals. As a buyers agent I am excited to be able to put my real estate knowledge and customer service skills together to help my clients find a home or investment property.
Tracy begin her experience with Powerhouse Enterprize, LLC in March 2016.  Tracy currently works in the  Real Estate Marketing department and a real estate broker for Power House Enterprize LLC.  She has gained expertise in the marketing real estate process.  She has experience Showing property, preparing lease documents, and searching properties for investors. Tracy was a successful leasing agent in 2009.  She has experience in managing and leasing family property.  She has excellent skills in dealing with clients, agents, attorneys and lenders to ensure a smooth and successful real estate transaction.
Prior to entering the real estate field, Tracy worked as a customer service representative for Stamelos Clinic and a Direct Sales Representative. She received numerous awards for excellent customer service and sales.
She grew up in Chicago and is a graduate of Chicago City Colleges and Full Sail University. Tracy enjoys traveling, art, theater, outdoor activities and different seasonal events throughout the city.
